Shaila plays a crucial role in maintaining confidential client information and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. As such, she has excellent communication skills, is well organized, and has a keen attention to detail.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her children and husband in Milton, Ontario.
